Glow In The Dark Posters

This was one of my favorite comic book ads.
Glow In The Dark Posters being sold as a loss leader for glow-in-the-dark shoelaces.
The posters aren't supposed to promote any particular comic.
But whatever world this is supposed to be it has purple pterodactyls, domed cities, space ships and battle mecha.
Which makes me wish that there was a comic book series based in this world.
I don't know anyone that ordered these posters, but I'd love the chance to see them in person.
And those shoelaces.
